Vice President, Treasury

Vice President, Treasury position at a purpose-driven financial institution serving over 155,000 members across Oregon. Reporting to the CFO, the role leads treasury and balance sheet management activities, including asset/liability management, investment portfolio management, and liquidity strategy.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive finance or treasury leadership experience within a credit union, community bank, or other regulated financial institution
• Deep expertise in ALM, IRR, liquidity management, fixed-income investments, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience leading ALCO reporting, executive presentations, and balance sheet strategy
• Working knowledge of CECL, financial modeling, and treasury analytics
• Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; experience with ALM and budgeting platforms (Axiom preferred)
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced financial credential preferred
