Job Description
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the Company, partnering with business leaders and Accounting to ensure accurate historical data, meaningful forecasts, and reliable financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least one year of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- 1+ years of experience in a FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis position.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
