Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of operational experience within the real estate industry
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, the retail leasing industry, and contract terminology
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet research tools
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs
