Job Description
Regency Centers is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join their regional office in Miami, Florida. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing organization of company-owned properties and developing an aggressive property-level leasing program to maximize occupancy and revenues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Real estate salesperson license
- At least 3 years of relevant leasing experience
- Established business contacts and/or knowledge of local market preferred
- Prior experience in real estate leasing
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of retail leasing industry and landlord representation, leases and sales contracts
- Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email and internet research functionality, AI proficiency
- Proficient in English and Spanish, demonstrating strong communication skills in bilingual environments
