Job Description
Regency DRT is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure projects meet third-party partner requirements. The role involves overseeing compliance, tracking metrics, and collaborating with project teams to ensure excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in TPA program administration, insurance compliance, restoration administration, or a similar operational role
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry protocols, TPA platforms, and compliance standards
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines and file requirements with precision
- Proficient in restoration industry software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset
