Regency DRT is a disaster recovery company that specializes in bringing homes, businesses, and lives back from the devastation of fire, water, storms, and mold. We are looking for an Experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing restoration or disaster recovery projects, ideally involving multifamily or commercial buildings
- Deep knowledge of fire, water, storm, and mold restoration practices and protocols
- Knowledge Xactimate and other industry-standard project management tools
- Powerful communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects with grace and precision
- OSHA and local building code knowledge
