Job Description
Regent is seeking a Legal Counsel, Technology & Media to support the media and technology businesses of Regent’s portfolio on a broad range of commercial and data-related legal matters. The role will be heavily transactional and business-facing, with a focus on enabling growth while managing legal risk.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
- 3-5 years of experience at a large, nationally recognized law firm and/or a well-known technology or media company
- Experience as a transactional and/or privacy lawyer
Benefits
- Reasonable estimate of the compensation range: $180,000-$200,000 plus bonus
