Requirements
- Independent commercial and technical management of apartment owners' associations according to WEG
- Experience in independent WEG management with responsibility for a portfolio of properties
- In-depth knowledge of WEG law and creation of annual accounts and business plans
- Secure handling of resolution implementation and legal questions in everyday management
