Job Description
Regia Immobilien GmbH is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Dresden, Germany. The Property Manager will be responsible for independent commercial and technical management of residential property owner associations, including preparation and conduct of owner meetings, creation of business plans and annual accounts, and monitoring of maintenance and modernization measures. The ideal candidate will have completed training in real estate management, certification as a manager in accordance with Section 26a WEG, and several years of professional experience in independent WEG management.
Requirements
- Completed training in real estate management (e.g. real estate agent) or comparable commercial qualification
- Certification as a manager in accordance with Section 26a WEG (certified manager IHK or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in independent WEG management, ideally with responsibility for their own object portfolio
