Job Description
The Water/Wastewater Operator II position is a vital role in performing manual and equipment operating tasks in construction, maintenance, or operational projects for Peel Region's Public Works – Water & Wastewater department. The job requires a minimum of one year of job-related experience and specific certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of job-related experience
- Minimum acceptable MECP certification is Water Distribution Operator-In-Training (OIT) and Wastewater Collections Class 1 certificates
