Job Description
The Fleet Coordinator will support the Fleet department in all daily activities, including maintenance and repairs, payroll, invoicing, and recordkeeping. They will assist in scheduling and coordinating preventative and emergency maintenance, update and support Fleet records, and generate invoices and work orders for outside repairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the Authority's business and safety processes related to Fleet Equipment
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to master applications including UMAX, All Data, and Dossier
