Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring an Integrity and Compliance Consultant to focus on Government Program Products. The consultant will provide compliance support, partnership, and guidance to HealthPartners leaders and colleagues.
Requirements
- Develops, maintains, and promotes HealthPartners Integrity and Compliance program expertise
- Leads and manages complex projects and initiatives
- Provides direction and guidance to analysts
- Promotes and executes collaboration within and across program services groups
- Serves as subject matter expert on compliance issues
- Conducts regulatory, policy, and other research on compliance matters
- Develops deep expertise of the work of assigned program services group
- Supports operational areas' compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements
- Analyzes business challenges that have compliance implications and proposes solutions
- Communicates effectively
- Builds and maintains stakeholder partnerships
