Olivia Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Supervisor Registered Nurse, Ambulatory Clinic to provide leadership and support for clinical and administrative duties. The position involves supervision of assigned staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional working atmosphere.

Requirements

• Supervision of assigned staff
• Conducts performance reviews, provides coaching and the first level of discipline
• Maintains and fosters open lines of communication
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the department
• Assesses, plans and implements care of patients as needed
• Collaborates with medical care providers regularly or as needed
• Maintains staffing levels and patient assignments to assure safe care
• Develops working knowledge and accountability for regulatory readiness
• Leads staff through continual process improvement and high reliability
• Reviews, investigates and follows up on patient relations concerns
