Junior Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will analyze international banking regulations and translate them into software solutions and functional specifications. You will work in an agile development cycle and perform functional implementations using SQL.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a Bank, Financial Institution, or IT firm within the banking domain
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or Chartered Accountants/ICWA
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with XML, XBRL, JSON, and MS Excel/Access
• Basic understanding of Banking Products, Financial Instruments, and Financial Markets
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence
