Job Description
Play a key role in the setup and scaling of HR operations in Romania, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards. Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations, oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and digital personnel files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, HR, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations, particularly in Romania.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with HRIS systems is appreciated.
