Job Description
As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the setup and scaling of HR operations in India, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards. You will manage day-to-day HR administrative operations, oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensure the accurate maintenance of employee data and digital personnel files in the HRIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, HR, or Business
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations, particularly in Tunisia
- Fluent in English and French
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is appreciated
- Dynamic, proactive, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information
