Job Description
Rehab United is a family-owned private practice specializing in physical therapy, massage/wellness, and fitness, seeking a Front Office Assistant to join their team and provide exemplary service and support to patients and clients across San Diego County.
Requirements
- Greet and check-in patients when they arrive to the office
- Have patient complete required forms, obtains necessary signatures, and accurately enter the patient information for registration
- Maintain daily scheduling of patient appointments, and collaborate with therapists and Clinic Director to accommodate patient/therapist needs
