Job Description
Rehab United is a family-owned private practice specializing in physical therapy, massage/wellness, and fitness, with a fun, family-oriented and community-centric culture. We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our team and help us provide exemplary service and support to our patients and clients in North County.
Requirements
- Greet and check-in patients when they arrive to the office.
- Maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
- Respond to heavy volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests.
- Collect patient co-payments, deductibles, and prior balances.
- Prepare and properly file patient forms.
- Balance daily monies and receipts, and ensure accuracy of fee tickets and batch summaries.
