REHAU is a global leader in polymer-based solutions seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their presence in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Ontario market. The BDM will promote and sell REHAU's full catalog of mechanical and plumbing products to engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory (Greater Toronto Area and Ontario region)
- Promote REHAU's complete range of products to engineers, contractors, distributors, and manufacturers' representatives
- Research and assess market potential; develop and execute territory sales plans
- Identify and pursue commercial and residential project opportunities to generate new business
- Build, manage, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product training sessions for industry partners
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales Management, Marketing, and Technical Services—to support customer needs and regional goals
- Track opportunities, projects, and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
- Achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets established by the Sales Incentive Plan
