Capture Director - IT Federal Civilian Agencies

REI Systems is seeking a Capture Director to lead capture efforts for large federal opportunities over $50 million, developing capture strategies, managing teams, and ensuring successful proposal outcomes. The role involves refining capture processes, growing the opportunity pipeline, coaching and mentoring capture professionals, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Federal government contracting within GSA, OCC, USPTO, Departement of Commerce, Department of Treasury,USDA and other federal civilian customers
• 10 years of experience as a Capture Manager, leading successful pursuits
• Proven experience capturing federal opportunities valued over $50 million, particularly in the Federal civilian market
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Project management skills, with a track record of managing complex capture efforts
• Established relationships in the Federal government and the contracting community, with a deep understanding of federal procurement processes
