You will bring calmness, structure, and a large dose of positive energy to support residents with brain damage and physical disabilities. Your tasks will include providing care, support, and coordinating care processes.

Requirements

• Diploma in care (e.g. MZ, VIG, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Flexibility and ability to adjust approach to meet individual resident needs
• Strong personality and life experience
• Good communication and organizational skills
