Job Description
Head of Management for Elderly People. Attentive and patient person with a calm and warm approach to offer safety, structure, and a pleasant day to residents with intellectual disabilities. Work in a caring team with a passion for care and space for humor.
Requirements
- Personal attention and timely notification of changes in needs.
- Support with personal care and daily routines (ADL) if needed.
- Work according to the support plan and contribute to a safe, trusting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and professionals to adjust care.
- Lead the support process and prepare and maintain the support plan.
- Coordinate with behavior specialists and other disciplines; coach colleagues on the job.
- Track and evaluate results and goals, and adjust as needed.
