Job Description
Support worker for children with developmental disabilities, providing structure, safety, and fun. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team and works with methods to help children develop in a safe and predictable environment.
Requirements
- Supporting children based on the support plan
- Observing developmental needs and contributing to a suitable daily program
- Creating a safe, predictable, and home-like atmosphere within the group
- Collaborating with colleagues and coordinating within the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining contact with parents/caregivers
Benefits
- Directly a permanent contract (with a two-month probation period) for 8 hours a week
- A gross salary between €2,546 and €3,564 per month (Gehandicaptenzorg collective agreement, FWG 35, based on 36 hours a week)
