Job Description
We're looking for a Child and Youth Care Worker to join our team at Reinaerde. The position involves working with children with disabilities, guiding them, and providing unconditional support. We're looking for someone with a strong personality, experience in care work, and a passion for building relationships.
Requirements
- Completed care-related education at level 4 MMZ or MBO Social Work
- Work experience in guiding children and/or young people with a severe multiple disability and developmental delay
- Strong personality, calm and order under pressure
- Passion for unconditional support relationships
- Relativization and humor
- Perseverance

- Salary between FWG 35 and 45, including irregularity allowance
