Do you have a compassionate heart but no suitable diploma? You can retrain with us in at least 18 months to become a care worker in the disability care. Every week, you'll attend school on a fixed day and, in addition to your training, work at a home where we provide 24-hour care.

Requirements

• A training on at least VMBO level
• Enthusiasm to learn the trade
• Willing to perform care tasks (e.g., helping someone with bathing, dressing, and toilet use)
• Not averse to irregular working hours (day, night, weekend, public holidays)
• You can submit a Declaration of Conduct (VOG) before your first working day

Benefits

• Salary in FWG 30 (care covenant), this is at least € 2,326,- and maximum € 3,319,- gross per month based on 36 hours
