Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative assistance experience
- Superior administrative skills
- Excellent written, oral, and e-mail communication skills
- Familiarity with Wisconsin and other State and Federal Electronic filing systems
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a team environment
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to carry out oral and written instruction
