Lead Agile & Operational Excellence

The Lead Agile & Operational Excellence at Mobility Invest Group connects the organization's strategic goals with the daily work of teams, designing and building the execution infrastructure of MIG.

Requirements

• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• At least 8 to 12 years of experience in complex organizations, of which 3 to 5 years in a senior Agile or transformation role
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Preferably living in the Amersfoort region or travel to the office within about 30 minutes
• Demonstrable experience with SAFe implementation at portfolio level (certification is a plus, not a hard requirement)
• LEAN background: Green/Black Belt or comparable, with experience in process optimization and flow design
• Ability to exert influence without formal authority
