Job Description
Supervisor, Human Resources - Field: The job is responsible for supervising the HR Team, maintaining applicant databases, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The job requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2 years' experience in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification in HRCI/PHR, PHR-CA, SHRM: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
