Requirements
- 6 months or more of experience in management or supervision in a retail or customer-oriented environment.
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
- Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and supply chain management.
- Fashion passion: good style sense and knowledge of fashion trends.
- Mastery of technology tools: POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
- Flexibility in scheduling: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder that reaches a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet).
- High school diploma required.
