Requirements

• +2 years of experience in management or team supervision in a retail or customer-oriented environment.
• Ability to offer an exceptional customer experience and mobilize your team to adhere to high service standards.
• Solid organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of performance and quality even under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
• Solid skills to generate high sales performance.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
• Passion for fashion: good style sense and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Master of technological tools: POS systems, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
• Flexibility in scheduling: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds (18 kg), and use a ladder reaching a maximum height of 10 feet.
