Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management or team supervision in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to offer exceptional customer experience and mobilize your team to adhere to the highest service standards.
• Solid organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain high performance and quality under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
• Solid skills to generate high sales performance.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Mastery of technological tools: POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
• Flexibility: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lb (18 kg), and use a ladder reaching a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet).
