Requirements

• +2 years of experience in management or team supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience and motivate your team to adhere to the highest standards of service.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain high performance and quality even under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
• Strong skills for generating high sales performance.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Mastering technological tools: POS systems, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
• Flexibility: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder that can reach a maximum height of 10 feet (3 m).
• Secondary education diploma required.
