Job Description
As RCL continues to grow and transform, this role will support the Marketing Operations team in driving smarter, faster, and more connected campaign execution across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, heading production campaign planning, or integrated marketing project management
- Strong project management skills and experience using structured methodologies and tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)
- Experienced in multi-channel campaign execution across digital, retail, and media channels
- Skilled communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Analytical thinker with strong reporting skills, able to identify risks and uncover opportunities
- Proven ability to drive accountability, efficiency, and high performance across teams
- Bilingual (English & French)
