The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, innovative team that supports Campaign Execution and Offer Management within Scotiabank’s Canadian Bank Analytics group. This role owns the end-to-end offer configuration lifecycle across both mass and targeted marketing campaigns, translating business intent into clear offer constructs, offer fulfillment rules, testing plans, and in-market deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics support
- Configuring and designing offers for mass and targeted marketing campaigns using offer management/decisioning tools
- Managing multiple work streams simultaneously, balancing delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Translating business intent into clear requirements and configuration specifications
- Strong understanding of data flows and offer system/platform capabilities
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills
