We are looking for a strategically minded Finance & Office Manager to join us at the Headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. The position will report to the General Manager Nordics.
Requirements
- Manage and analyze general financial and administrative reporting including budgeting and forecasting
- Reporting and presentation of sales, P&L and staff costs
- Review and analysis of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings
- Manage year-end-audits and all external reporting to authorities and stakeholders
- Manage taxes and VAT reporting
- Take key part of creating the Nordic Annual reports
- Participate in the group forecast and budget consolidations
- Manage accounts payables and receivables including invoicing, billing and collections
- Preparing salaries for Sweden, Norway and Finland and collaborate with external parties
- Responsible for all external contacts in relation the office, i.e landlord, IT-support companies, company cars, telephone, computers etc
