Job Description
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Commonwealth Government client as a Training and Development Coordinator at the APS6 level. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of a training strategy for the organisation, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose training materials that will enhance organisational capabilities and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Innovate and lead creative training strategies to support digital transformation in a complex program environment.
- Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities.
- Craft engaging and fit for purpose training materials.
- Foster strong and meaningful relationships across the organisation to ensure training activities are well understood and effectively adopted.
- Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders.
