Job Description
Our Commonwealth Government client is seeking a legal professional at the senior associate level to provide advice on high-risk or sensitive employment matters, manage relationships with stakeholders and clients, and draft and review employment documents.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (ideally 5+ years’ PQE) in employment law or workplace relations matters, preferably within the Commonwealth Government or a large organisational context.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, and provide strategic, risk-based legal advice.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
