Job Description
We are seeking senior government lawyers (EL1 & EL2) for labour-hire arrangements with Commonwealth Government clients in Canberra, ACT and nationwide.
Requirements
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of specific legislation, case law, directions, instruments, principles and issues of relevance to the agency
- Exercising high level judgment and common sense, and thinking critically to analyse issues and develop legal advice/solutions for the agency
- Engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Providing leadership and supervision to junior staff members
