Job Description
At Relatient, we help healthcare organizations optimize patient access through AI-powered workflows, real-time automation, and flexible access tools. We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree is required.
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role, preferably in a technical support role.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (Basic Queries, e.g., Joins)
- Ability to read / understanding Programming / Scripting Language(s)
