Supervisor, Structures Technician - Second Shift

At Relativity Space, we're building rockets to serve today's needs and tomorrow's breakthroughs. Join our team as a Supervisor, Structures Technician to lead a team of technicians in completing mechanical assembly processes for barrels, domes, and thrust structure hardware.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing leadership experience at or above the supervisor level with a track record of executing aggressive production schedules
• 3+ years experience in structural assembly; including skills such as precision drilling, hilok installation, and structural bonding
• 3+ years experience with rigging and crane operations with the ability to act as a lift director
• Experience partnering with cross functional team such as manufacturing engineering, quality, and production control
• Self starter with a demonstrated ability to take full ownership of the production areas under their span of control
