Supervisor, Thrust Structure Integration, First Shift

Join Relativity Space as a Supervisor, Thrust Structure Integration, and oversee Thrust Integration Operations on 1st Shift, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality production of Terran-R hardware. Lead and develop a team, partner with manufacturing engineering, and drive production schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing production technicians/operators
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, integration, and testing
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
