Supervisor, Stage Integration, Second Shift

Relativity Space is seeking a Supervisor, Stage Integration, Second Shift to oversee Thrust Integration Operations on 2nd Shift, ensuring that Terran-R hardware is produced safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves leading and developing a team of Integration technicians, driving continuous improvement in their skills and career progression, and partnering with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams to enhance efficiency and boost productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience overseeing production technicians/operators
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, integration, and testing
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
