Risk Strategist

Relay is a collaborative money management platform for small businesses. We're looking for a Risk Strategist to help safeguard our platform and millions of small businesses that rely on it. The role involves analyzing fraud trends, designing and optimizing rules and strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen our defenses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fraud, risk strategy, or data analysis, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write efficient queries
• Analytical and curious, with ability to dig into trends and understand the 'why'
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations
• Collaborative and able to navigate cross-functional work with Risk Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Data
