Job Description
Relevance AI is hiring a Staff Backend Software Engineer to join their Builders team in Sydney. The role involves designing, building, and operating scalable back-end systems that power AI agent and workflow builders. The team is responsible for the core builder experience on the Relevance AI platform, specifically agent builder, tool builder, and workforce builder functionalities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining production back-end systems
- Evidence of operating at Senior+ scope
- Deep technical proficiency in modern web technologies
- Deep interest in artificial intelligence
