Job Description
Relevance AI is hiring a Staff Backend Software Engineer (Enterprise) to join our mission-critical Enterprise team in Sydney. This role will drive deep technical leadership and execution across the Enterprise team, partnering closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver robust enterprise-grade capabilities and back-end systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience delivering enterprise features, such as SSO, permissions systems, audit logs, compliance or complex integrations
- Deep technical proficiency in modern web technologies, ideally TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Experience designing and operating APIs (REST or GraphQL) and highly distributed systems
