Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Associate to support our sales development team who will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales development team to consistently generate qualified leads, ensure CRM accuracy, and improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in an sales development role, preferably managed a team in previous roles
- Good presentation skills, the ability to establish rapport with decision-makers at all levels
- Prior experience in a B2B, and usage of CRM tools, preferably Zoho
