Security Coordinator, Philippines

The Security Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s safety and security risk management systems to enable safe and effective program implementation. The role ensures that staff, partners, assets, and operations are protected through proactive risk analysis, context monitoring, incident management, staff training, and strong coordination with internal teams and external security stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, International Relations, Emergency/Disaster Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in security management, risk analysis, or operational safety—preferably in humanitarian or complex operating environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing security strategies and risk management frameworks.
