Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, UX Design to lead and develop a team of designers, defining and driving UX strategy across the business. The role champions human-centered design principles, guides the team in modern UX practices, and is accountable for hiring, coaching, and growing talent to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with 2+ years in people leadership
- Proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered digital products
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or data-rich environments (e.g., healthcare or education)
- Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled features
- Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies (e.g., design thinking, Lean UX, Jobs-to-be-Done)
- Familiarity with healthcare or clinical workflows
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products and data-driven interfaces
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, AI-prototyping tools, research platforms)
