Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with 2+ years in people leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered digital products.
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or data-rich environments (e.g., healthcare or education).
- Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled features (e.g., clinical decision support, recommendations, generative experiences).
- Experience partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to design explainable, trustworthy AI interactions.
- Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies (e.g., design thinking, Lean UX, Jobs-to-be-Done).
- Experience with design systems and scalable UX frameworks.
- Familiarity with healthcare or clinical workflows is highly desirable.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products and data-driven interfaces.
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, AI-prototyping tools, research platforms).
