Requirements
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients on a portfolio of between $2 to $3 million
- Establish strong long term customer relationships and understand clients’ issues, pains, and challenges
- Increase revenue by maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities and Account Plans
- Maintain high volume and high-quality customer engagement through phone, social media, virtual meetings, and face to face meetings onsite
- Collaborate with all relevant business functions locally and globally
